Project Manager – Design:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architecture or a similar field.
• 10 years of experience in the building or construction industry.
• Project management experience. PMP certification will be preferred.
• Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.

Senior Landscape Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or similar field.
• 5 – 10 years of Architecture experience.
• Experience in Autodesk Revit, Lumion, Auto CAD, and other drawing-based design programs.
• Knowledge of landscape architectural design principles such as materials and methods, urban design, elements of good design, form, function, circulation, context, and design standards and codes.

BIM Coordinator – Landscape:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in Landscape architecture or Architecture in a similar position, ideally implementing BIM on major design projects.
• Excellent working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks.
• Experienced in setting up and working within the Common Data Environment (especially BIM360).

Landscape Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or similar.
• 10 years of related experience in Landscape architecture or Architecture in a similar position.
• Experience with Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc) and Microsoft Office is required.
• 3D modeling software (SketchUp or Revit) experience.
