Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Landscape Architect:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a similar field. 5 - 10 years of Architecture experience.
- Experience in Autodesk Revit, Lumion, Auto CAD, and other drawing-based design programs.
Senior Associate Architect:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in architecture.
- Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience working on complex projects.
- Experience in Autodesk Revit, Lumion, Auto CAD, and other drawing-based design programs.
Senior Architect:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.10 - 15 years of Architecture experience. “at least 5 years in GCC, Preferred UAE / KSA knowledge.
- Experience in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Auto CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and other drawing-based design programs.
Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience.
- Competent in the use of electrical engineering software.
Specification Writer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, diploma in Architectural technology, or another construction‐related field.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in an Architectural/Engineering firm with a focus on specifications writing (NBS, CSI).
Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates must have valid UAE licenses.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Leadership skills and the ability to work well within a team of other professionals.
• Organizational, project management, and planning skills, including juggling multiple tasks.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
