Technical Director:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 18+ years of experience in high-rise hotel, mixed-use tower, or luxury hospitality building projects within the KSA/GGC region.

Commercial Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Commercial Management.
• Minimum 18+ years of experience in commercial and contractual management of large-scale high-rise projects within the KSA/GGC region.

BIM Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience with at least 6 years in BIM management for high-rise building projects within the KSA/GGC region.

HSE Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH International Diploma/IGC mandatory).
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in large-scale high-rise hotel or commercial tower projects. within the KSA/GCC region.

Planning Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. (Expert in Primavera P6).
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in planning and project controls for high-rise hospitality or mixed-use development projects within the KSA/GCC region.

Technical Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in technical management of large-scale high-rise hotel projects within the KSA/GCC region.

Senior QA/QC Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in QA/QC management for high-rise hotel or commercial building projects within the KSA/GCC region.

Lead Survey Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying Engineering or Geomatics.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction surveying works for high-rise construction projects within the KSA/GCC region.

Senior QA/QC Engineer – Architecture:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in architectural QA/QC works for luxury hotel or high-rise building projects within the KSA/GCC region.
