- Administration Assistant
| GENERAL REQUIREMENTS |
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 – 5 years of experience on administrative position.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Maintain a variety of records, supplies, calendar, schedules, files, etc. (e.g. employee time reports, fiscal information, work orders, etc.) for the purpose of providing documentation in accordance with administrative requirements.
• Monitor activities and/or projects for the purpose of coordinating activities and ensuring compliance with established financial, legal and/or administrative requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from a variety of internal and external parties (in person and by telephone for the purpose of providing information, facilitating communication among parties and/or providing direction.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of all sensitive matters relating to the business in general and Maintenance Department.
• Good communication in written and spoken English & Arabic.
• Candidates must be available in Kuwait/Locally and can join immediately.

- Electrical Engineer
| GENERAL REQUIREMENTS |
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 – 8 years of experience in the relevant field.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Undertake scheduled and breakdown electrical maintenance of engineering equipment’s or plant.
• Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
• Responsible for supervising electrical technicians, which includes hiring and training new technician team members.
• Provide electrical power by maintaining electrical equipment and outlets; including energy management system for lighting, security gates, and mall conveyor system.
• Good communication in written and spoken English & Arabic.
• Candidates must be available in Kuwait/Locally and can join immediately.

• Supervise the staff daily to insure the smooth operation of the services.
• Monitor the electricians in their activities.
• Take remedial action for any break down that occurs during an emergency by informing the site engineer.
• Make sure that electricians perform duties in accordance with standard safety practices.
• Good communication in written and spoken English & Arabic.
• Candidates must be available in Kuwait/Locally and can join immediately.

• Plan and oversee all HVAC related maintenance and repair work and develop an efficient system for dealing with emergency.
• Monitor general repairs to Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning and general mechanical areas.
• Perform HVAC maintenance work and emergency repair services as necessary / required.
• Maintain the HVAC store inventory in coordination with Store Keep & concerned Engineer.
• Good communication in written and spoken English & Arabic.
• Candidates must be available in Kuwait/Locally and can join immediately.

• Perform all civil maintenance activities as per specifications, drawings, and project documents in accordance with the procedures and site instructions.
• Monitor and guide all subcontractors for various activities like reinstatement of units, splitting/merging of units etc to ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and oversee all civil maintenance activities and hire, train, supervise trade technicians like painter, mason, carpenter etc for the project.
• Work closely with Chief Engineer to ensure coordination of activities.
• Good communication in written and spoken English & Arabic.
• Candidates must be available in Kuwait/Locally and can join immediately.

High School Diploma with minimum 03 years of experience in fire protection and / or detection systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Troubleshoot and / or arrange for the repair or replacement of defective fire / safety equipment.
• Maintain the operation of emergency generators and report problems to appropriate personnel.
• Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the Fire & Safety Manager and the Chief Engineer.
• Assist in inspecting the property facilities for compliance with pertinent life / safety and fire-safety standards as mandated by the government ordinances.

During this tenure I was involved in several Tabreed projects (Such As Route 2020 Metro rail project , DM-06 Ets room and external Piping works, Ajman Corniche Residence works, Ad-05 Citizen affairs building Al Batteen, specialized Rehabilitation hospital Zayed sports city, Al-Raha 4 plots, External chilled water piping and ETS room at Hid al saadiyat, (Saadiyat island Abu Dhabi).
I have also worked with other district cooling projects (Such as Emar and Emicool). Several other house connection for Etisalat, FOC cable works, ETS room connections for district cooling companies and potable/domestic water HDPE pipe connections for DCP plant, chilled water pump and make up pump connection, heat exchanger installation and FCUs/AHU connections
Before Taurus Contracting I had worked in Waterbird water treatment LLC in Chemical treatment division from Jan 2015 to July 2017. During this tenure we had done a lot of chemical treatment job across the UAE.
I have started my career from Pakistan where I had worked in Pakistan in FMCG, Petrochemical industry, textile industry as a Mechanical engineer in Plant engineering. (Different equipment’s such as chillers, Compressor, centrifugal pumps, AHUs, FCUs, Boilers, Cooling Tower).
