Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
- 15 years of relevant experience in construction and site development, preferably with reputable contracting companies.
Sr. Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- 15 years of relevant experience in construction and site development, preferably with reputable contracting companies.
Sr. Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 15 years of relevant experience in construction and site development, preferably with reputable contracting companies.
Sr. Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 15 years of relevant experience in construction and site development, preferably with reputable contracting companies.
Land Surveyor:
- Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or equivalent.
- 10 years of relevant experience in construction and site development, preferably with reputable contracting companies.
Civil Foreman:
- Certification or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years of relevant experience in construction and site development, preferably with reputable contracting companies.
Electrical Foreman:
- Certification or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years of relevant experience in construction and site development, preferably with reputable contracting companies.
Mechanical Foreman:
- Certification or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years of relevant experience in construction and site development, preferably with reputable contracting companies.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates who are fluent in Arabic and English are preferred.
• Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.
•Proven experience in five-star hotel projects and large-scale, high-end developments.
• Skilled in site supervision, project coordination, and multi-disciplinary team management.
• Strong knowledge of construction project execution, planning, and industry best practices.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
• Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.
