AFAQ Engineering for Building Contracting is seeking high-caliber applicants for our project in Dubai City-UAE under the Building projects to fill the following positions.

POSITIONS

- Project Coordinator
- Sr. Quantity Surveyor
- Jr. QA/QC Engineer
- Senior Draftsman
- Draftsman
- Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building projects in UAE.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building projects in UAE.

Jr. QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in building projects in UAE.

Senior Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in infrastructure projects in UAE.

Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in civil engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure projects in UAE.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Management or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Construction industry in UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Profession level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid building construction experience in Residential/Commercial projects.
• All candidates shall have strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
