Al-Ashram Contracting LLC is currently hiring for the following positions for its High-rise Building projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

JOB POSITIONS

- Project Manager
- Construction Manager
- Quantity Surveyor
- Civil Draftsman

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, and PMP Certification.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in High-rise building projects.

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in High-rise building projects.

Civil Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of relevant working experience in High-rise building projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of relevant working experience in High-rise building projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of effective supervisory methods and techniques.
• Candidates should have proven experience in High-rise building construction projects.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
