Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of demonstrable working with Interior Fit-out based projects / Interior Fit-out companies in the UAE.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience working with Interior Fit-out projects / Interior Fit-out companies in the UAE.
QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Interior Fit-out projects / Interior Fit-out companies in the UAE.
Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent. At least 10 years of experience working with Interior Fit-out projects / Interior Fit-out companies in the UAE.
- Essentially proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and PlanSwift.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Good Understanding of Interior Fit-out techniques and good practice.
• Full understanding of machine and labor outputs for all Interior Fit-out projects.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
