Qualifications & requirements
Engineer Positions
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical/HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing/MEP) or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in building construction projects in the UAE.
- UAE building construction experience is mandatory.
Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience for Senior QS and 3-5 years for QS in UAE building construction projects.
- UAE building construction experience is mandatory.
Foreman Positions
- Diploma/Technical qualification in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Structural Engineering or the relevant trade
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects in the UAE.
- UAE building construction experience is mandatory.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prioritize candidates with proven experience in mega building construction in Ras Al-Khaimah or other UAE locations.
- Experience with major developers, consultants, PMC organizations, or Tier-1 contractors is an added advantage.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
