Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering from an accredited university. (PMP Certification).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in mixed-use building projects within a consultancy background in the KSA region.
Construction Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in mixed-use building projects within a consultancy background in the KSA region.
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in mixed-use building projects within a consultancy background in the KSA region.
Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in mixed-use building projects within a consultancy background in the KSA region.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience in mixed-use building projects.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
