Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 7+ years of construction experience.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple fit-out and construction projects from commencement to completion.
Senior Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 7+ years of construction experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple fit-out and construction projects from commencement to completion.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of ADDC regulation.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out and construction processes, materials, and finishes for any project configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve drawing discrepancies or design conflicts.
• Familiarity with local regulations, building codes, and permit processes in UAE.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
