BAYATY Architects LLC is seeking experienced individuals with a Consultancy background currently available in the UAE for the following positions to join our site team for our Al-Ain, Project in UAE.

POSITIONS

- Senior Mechanical Engineer
- Senior Site Architect
- Electrical Inspector
- Mechanical Inspector

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in site supervision, contractor inspections, and technical material submittals.

Senior Site Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering or an equivalent.
• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 12 years’ experience.

Electrical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in site technical reviews and contractor inspections.

Mechanical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ UAE experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, HSE plans, and contractor inspections.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be fluent in Reading and Spoken English or Arabic.
• Proficiency in solving site-related issues and technical submittals.
• Strong knowledge of construction, maintenance, and problem-solving in site operations.
• Expertise in architectural finishing works, contractor submittals, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
