Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Resident Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and PMP Certification.12+ years of experience in project commencement to handover & DLP.
- Expertise in architectural finishing, submittals, variations, and payments.
Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience and 5 years of experience in the UAE in ELV systems installation, maintenance, integration, testing, and commissioning.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience and 5 years of experience in the UAE in site supervision, contractor inspections, and technical material submittals.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Must be fluent in Reading and Spoken English or Arabic.
• Proficiency in solving site-related issues and technical submittals.
• Strong knowledge of construction, maintenance, and problem-solving in site operations.
• Expertise in architectural finishing works, contractor submittals, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
