Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building construction projects.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Proficiency in construction management software and CAD tools.
• Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, mid-rise & high-rise building projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
