DAR AL OMRAN Architectural and Engineering Consultants (Dubai), a Leading Architectural and engineering Consultancy firm in Dubai, is seeking caliber applicants for our project in Dubai-UAE to fill the following positions:

- Team Leader / Civil Engineer
- Residence Engineer
- Material Engineer
- Senior Architect
- Site Architect
- Architect
- Quantity Surveyor

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Design Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience in UAE and 5 years as Design Manager.

Project Design Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience in UAE and 5 years as Project Design Manager.

Lead Technical Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience in UAE and 5 years as Lead Architect.

Project Coordinator / Proposal Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE as a Proposal Engineer.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in UAE as a Mechanical Engineer.

Electronic Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in UAE as an Electronics Engineer.

Team Leader / Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of total work experience, including 10 years in engineering planning, design, construction, operation, and healthcare experience.

Residence Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years total experience in UAE and 6 years as Resident Engineer.

Material Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years total experience in UAE and 3 years as a Material Engineer.

Senior Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years total experience in UAE and 3 years as Senior Architect.

Site Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years of Data Centre experience in UAE.

Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of total experience in UAE and 3 years as an Architect.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of total work experience, participation in 2 – 3 similar healthcare projects where they held similar functions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Profession level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in the Supervision of Building projects.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
