Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Construction Manager:
- UAE/MOFA Attested degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 8 years of experience working as a Construction Manager handling residential projects from tier-1 main construction companies.
Manager Quantity Surveyor:
- UAE/MOFA Attested degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in quantity surveying for building projects, preferably towers and villa projects.
Senior Civil Engineer:
- UAE/MOFA Attested degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience working as a Senior Civil Engineer handling residential projects from tier-1 main construction companies.
Civil Engineer:
- UAE/MOFA Attested degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Civil Engineer handling residential projects from tier-1/tier-2 main construction companies.
Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- UAE/MOFA Attested degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in quantity surveying for building projects, preferably towers and villa projects.
General Foreman:
- UAE/MOFA Attested Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as General Foreman in Tower or Villa projects from tier-1/tier-2 main construction companies.
Civil Foreman:
- UAE/MOFA Attested Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Civil Foreman in Tower or Villa projects from tier-1/tier-2 main construction companies.
Documents Controller:
- UAE/MOFA Attested degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Documents Controller from tier-1/tier-2 main construction companies.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ensure that Projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
