East Consulting Engineering Company (ECEC) is hiring for the following positions for their Mega Housing Construction Supervision Projects in Riyadh, Province of Saudi Arabia.

POSITIONS

Project Director
Deputy Project Director
Senior Manager Projects Control

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Director:

• BSc. in Civil Engineering, Preferably with a Master’s degree or a Ph.D. from a reputable and recognized European or American University. PMP Certified.
• 25 years experience (08 years as a Construction Supervision Consultant with a minimum of 05 years in Real Estate Projects).

Field Experience:

• Managed & Successfully Delivered Mega Housing Projects.
• Manage all aspects of project execution including but not limited to schedule development and management, budget development and management, internal approvals, design and construction document production, RFP processes, construction, MEP, and furniture.
• Responsible for ensuring the project is executed within a defined schedule and budget.

Deputy Project Director:

• BSc. in Civil Engineering, Preferably with a Master’s degree or a Ph.D. from a reputable and recognized European or American University. PMP Certified.
• 20 years experience (05 years as a Construction Supervision Consultant in Real Estate Projects).

Field Experience:

• Managed & Successfully Delivered Mega Housing Projects.
• Work with internal groups such as program management, engineering, procurement, transaction management and operations teams, and internal clients to ensure the appropriate project delivery and maintain good relations with all parties.

Senior Manager Project Control:

• BSc. in Civil Engineering, Preferably with a Master’s degree from a recognized European or American University. PMP Certified.
• 18 years experience (05 years as a Construction Supervision Consultant) with a minimum of 04 years in Real Estate Projects).

Field Experience:

• Managed & Successfully Delivered Mega Housing Projects.
• Monitoring, progress measurement, risk management, and reporting.
• Manages project controls personnel.
• Responsible for establishing operating policies to mitigate risk.
• Practical ability to utilize critical project management concepts (e.g., EVM, project planning, risk analysis, configuration management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English.
• Must be a Saudi Driving License holder.
• The above vacancies are solely for Saudis and residents.
• Candidates should have experience in MEP and Infrastructure works.
• Letters of qualification, if any, are sent to guaranteed Saudi Council of Engineers membership.
• Only those residents in the kingdom who have transferable Iqama should apply.
