Fala Road Contracting LLC is on the lookout for an experienced talented engineering staff to join our dynamic team for our Road and Infrastructure project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

JOB POSITIONS

- Quantity Surveyor
- Land Surveyor
- Accountant

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically with road and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in preparing BOQ, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting.
• Expertise in MS Office and relevant Quantity Surveying software.

Land Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil/Survey Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically with road and infrastructure projects.
• Plan organize and conduct land surveys for road and infrastructure projects.
• Collect and analyze data using advanced surveying equipment and technologies.
• Proficient in using surveying equipment. such as total stations. GPS, and Level Machine.

Accountant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts/Finance from an accredited University.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have UAE Constructing Company experience.
• Road and infrastructure experience candidates will be preferred.
• Candidates must have a proven track record of Road and Infrastructure project experience.
• Candidates must be available in UAE / Locally and can join immediately.
