Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience with mid-rise & high-rise building projects.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience with mid-rise & high-rise building projects.
Quantity Surveyor - Civil:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience, preferably with mid-rise & high-rise building projects, including performing take-off pricing, managing variations, and conducting value engineering.
Quantity Surveyor - MEP:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience, preferably with mid-rise & high-rise building projects, including performing take-off pricing, managing variations, and conducting value engineering.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have experience in Mid-rise & High-rise building projects.
