Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Cost Control Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management, and PMP / MRICS certification.
- More than 12+ years of experience in concrete structural construction projects (high-rise buildings, towers, basements, podiums).
Senior Cost Control Engineer:
Cost Control Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- More than 8+ years of experience in concrete structural construction projects (high-rise buildings, towers, basements, podiums).
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Candidates should have experience in GCC and the UAE. Experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of project recycling, including pre-construction, construction, and handover phases.
• Only candidates with relevant experience and who are available in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
