Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Structural Design Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in high-rise building structure design projects within the UAE.
Electrical Design Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in high-rise building structure design projects within the UAE.
Resident Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and PMP Certified.
- At least 10 years of experience in site supervision of high-rise building projects within the UAE.
Project Architect:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the design of high-rise building projects within the UAE.
Site Architect:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in site supervision of high-rise building projects within the UAE.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and PMP Certified.
- At least 10 years of experience in site supervision of high-rise building projects within the UAE.
Mechanical Inspector:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years of experience in site supervision of building projects within the UAE.
Civil Inspector:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in site supervision of building projects within the UAE.
Structural Draftsman:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architectural Drafting.
- At least 5 - 10 years’ relevant experience in structural drafting for building projects within the UAE.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Good communication in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Engineering candidates with excellent communication & presentation skills, commercial acumen, and computer savvy are necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Working knowledge of Dubai authority standards and site documentation practices.
