Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Resident Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering, in addition to a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
- At least 15 years of total experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.
Architect Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.
Structure Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.
Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.
HSE Supervisor:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Engineering, NEBOSH / IOSH Certification.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.
Land Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Civil or Survey Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.
Architect Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Architecture Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.
Structure Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.
Electrical Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.
Mechanical Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a construction or architectural company.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Preference will be given to bilingual candidates.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates must be valid (Transferable) Iqama holders.
• Candidates are necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
