• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering, in addition to a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
• At least 15 years of total experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.  

Architect Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.  

Structure Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.  

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.  

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.  

HSE Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Engineering, NEBOSH / IOSH Certification.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.  

Land Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil or Survey Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.  

Architect Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Architecture Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase.  

Structure Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase. 

Electrical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase. 

Mechanical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction or architectural projects, preferably in a consultancy design phase. 

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a construction or architectural company.
