Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field, and PMP Certification.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on villa projects.
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on villa projects.
HSE Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field, and NEBOSH/IOSH Certification.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on villa projects.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on villa projects.
Engineer - Material / QA/QC:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a similar field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on villa projects.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or a similar field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on villa projects.
Safety Officer:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Engineering or a similar field, and NEBOSH/IOSH Certification.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on villa projects.
Civil Foreman:
- ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Construction sector is required, with a strong focus on villa projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have a UAE Driving license.
• Candidates should have experience in Building/villa construction.
• Only candidates with relevant experience and available in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
