Qualifications & requirements
Technical Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience managing Villa and Residential Compound Projects.
Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience in villa and residential compound projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, measurement, valuations, and cost control.
HSE Supervisor
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering. NEBOSH IGC is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in villa or residential compound projects.
Draftsman
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting Technology.
- Minimum 10 years of drafting experience in villa and residential projects.
- Ability to prepare architectural, structural, and shop drawings.
Building Surveyor
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of Building Surveying experience in villa and residential compound developments.
Documents Controller
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of document control experience in construction projects.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Knowledge of FIDIC Contracts, Procurement, Cost Control, Construction Management, and AutoCAD (where applicable).
- Candidates should have proven experience in large-scale building construction projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably involving high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
