Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or relevant discipline) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of professional experience in hospitality and hotel development projects within Saudi Arabia, with proven exposure to PMC / consultancy and EPC contractor environments.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of professional experience in hospitality and hotel development projects within Saudi Arabia, with proven exposure to PMC / consultancy and EPC contractor environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous GCC/KSA countries' experience is an advantage
• Applicants must be inside KSA only and have a transferable Iqama.
• Work closely with project and design teams to meet technical requirements.
• Proven background in hospitality/hotel projects and exposure to large-scale construction projects.
• Strong background in project controls, cost management, planning & scheduling, contracts administration, estimation, and commercial management for large-scale hotels, resorts, mixed-use, and luxury hospitality developments.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
