Qualifications & requirements
QA/QC Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of QA/QC experience, including 5+ years in roads, highways, bridges, and infrastructure projects in the UAE/GCC.
QA/QC Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of QA/QC experience in road and infrastructure projects.
- Experience with ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, MIRs, WIRs, and inspections.
Material Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt mix design, concrete, aggregates, soil testing, pavement materials, and laboratory coordination.
Chief Surveyor
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geomatics.
- Minimum 10+ years of surveying experience, including 5+ years leading survey teams on road and infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in GPS, Total Station, Auto Level, and survey software.
QA/QC Inspector
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of inspection experience in roads and infrastructure works, including earthworks, asphalt, concrete, utilities, kerbs, interlocks, and drainage.
Surveyor
- Diploma in Survey Engineering or Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of surveying experience in roads, highways, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and survey calculations.
Laboratory Technician
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of laboratory testing experience in road and infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in soil, aggregate, asphalt, and concrete testing as per ASTM/AASHTO standards.
Survey Assistant
- High School/Diploma with Surveying training preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years assisting survey teams on road and infrastructure projects.
- Familiar with survey equipment, benchmarks, leveling, and site measurements.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Must have hands-on Experience in road, highway, bridge, utility, and infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with DM, RTA, DMT, ADDC, DEWA, ADM, Ashghal, MOT, or other relevant authority standards is an advantage.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
