Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Sr. Civil / Structural Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in structural design review and supervision of building projects.
Architecture Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in high-end or luxury project supervision.
Civil / Structural Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design review and supervision of building projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Valid SEC (Saudi Engineering Council) membership.
• Ability to supervise the execution and ensure quality control.
• Strong ability to manage meetings efficiently and professionally.
• Candidates must have a Transferable Iqama and a valid Driving Licence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in reviewing schedules, forecasting risks, and managing them.
• Candidates available in Saudi Arabia and who can join immediately are eligible to apply for these positions.
