Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must have a minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience as a Senior Estimation Engineer in the UAE.

Job Description:
• Must have a strong background in various infrastructure projects including road projects, utilities, sewerage, and pipelines.
• Must be able to use AutoCAD, Excel, and Word programs.
• Leads tender team in reviewing and interpreting tender documents - Extracts actual quantities from the tender drawings and compares them with those in the BOQs and reports discrepancies.

Job Description:
• A methodical approach, commendable analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
• Acting as the main technical adviser on site for subcontractors, foremen, and craftspeople.
• Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design and specification.
• Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Liaising with consultants and their representatives (engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
