Senior Planning Engineer:• B.Sc. / B.E Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 10 – 15 years of work experience in Planning in a building construction company.
• Knowledge of FIDIC is an added advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the Planning activities of the project and assisting the Planning & Cost Control Manager & Project Manager in claims & disputes for the project including performing Delay Analysis as dictated by the relevant contract.
• Coordinating the planning & scheduling needs of the project with the respective project Managers in a matrix form of organization.
• Finalization of project baseline schedule with the coordination of internal management and project Consultants utilizing Primavera P6.
• Skilled in preparing & floating tender and Execution strategic plans of Infrastructure and Construction Buildings and Villas “all kinds of Villas and High rise Buildings” to developers, Evaluating Offers, Techno-commercial discussions, and finalizing contracts in view of project schedule.
Senior Estimator:
• B.Sc. / B.E Civil Engineering with 15 years of experience as a Senior Estimation in a Construction Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare the program of Tendering activities and discuss them with the Estimation Manager.
• Sending inquiries to all major subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attend the site visit/pre-tender meeting with the Client/Consultant.
• Prepare the rate analysis of different items and discuss it with the Estimation Manager.
• Prepare the comparative statement of subcontractors/suppliers for different major items of the project based on the Tender Documents.
• Prepare and finalize the direct cost of the project with the Estimation Manager before meeting with the CEO.
Cost Control Engineer (Civil):
• B. Sc. / B.E. Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience in the Building Construction field.
At least 05 – 07 years in the Cost Control Department and Estimation Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for transforming the Tender Estimate from CCS candy into Project Budget by structuring it into cost codes as per the CSI coding system.
• Monitors quantities and costs, ensuring that it is within the approved budget and as per cost control policies and procedures on a daily basis / for every requisition/expense of the project.
• Preparing monthly Cost Analysis using EVA(Earned Value Analysis), Estimated Cost at Completion according to the current trend, market, approved histograms, finalized subcontract & supplier committed costs for all projects and reviewing the same with CCM and discussing the profit and loss for each cost codes with respective Project Manager along with CCM.
• Maintains records of actual cost elements (Staff, Materials, Manpower, Machinery, Subcontractor, Others, etc.) to use in the Project Close-Out Report and to provide feedback to the tender department.
Cost Control Engineer (MEP):
• B. Sc. / B.E. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience in the Building Construction field.
• At least 05 – 07 years in the Cost Control Department and Estimation Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for transforming the Tender Estimate from CCS candy into Project Budget by structuring it into cost codes as per the CSI coding system.
• Monitors quantities and costs, ensuring that it is within the approved budget and as per cost control policies and procedures on a daily basis / for every requisition/expense of the project. Any Variation Orders upon approval will be added to the project budget.
• Coordinating with Accounts Department, Site QS, Planning Engineer, Site Engineer, Storekeeper, Timekeeper, and collecting the data required for Monthly Cost Analysis Reports.
• Preparing monthly Cost Analysis using EVA(Earned Value Analysis), Estimated Cost at Completion according to the current trend, market, approved histograms, finalized subcontract & supplier committed costs for all projects and reviewing the same with CCM and discussing the profit and loss for each cost codes with respective Project Manager along with CCM.
