Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager - Civil:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering approved by the SEC, and PMP Certified.
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in residential building projects.
Project Manager - MEP:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering approved by the SEC, and PMP Certified.
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in residential building projects.
Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering approved by the SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in residential building projects.
Architect Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering approved by the SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in residential building projects.
Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering approved by the SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in residential building projects.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering approved by the SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in residential building projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Must be fluent in Reading and spoken English or Arabic.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Candidates should have a Valid Transferable (IQAMA) and a Driving license.
• Professional knowledge of Construction industry methods and applications.
• Candidates should have solid experience in Residential Building projects.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
