Qualifications & requirements
Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Coordination for building projects within the UAE region.
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in power, lighting, and MEP works for building projects within the UAE region.
Sr. QA/QC Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in quality checks & compliance for building projects within the UAE region.
Sr. Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in costing, contracts & variations for building projects within the UAE region
Site Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in site execution & progress control for building projects within the UAE region.
Eligibility criteria
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building projects is required.
- Candidates should have relevant UAE building construction experience with reputed main contractors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, coordination, and technical documentation/record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams while meeting project schedules, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be given preference.
