Site Technical Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in Cost Management & Budget Control and project cost control.

Contracts Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in Contracts Management and project management. 

Technical Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Site Architect:

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10 years of experience in architectural detailing, finishing works, and quality assurance.

Quantity Surveyor:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in BOQ preparation, project billing, preparing payment applications, and variations.

Draftsman:

Diploma or Certificate in Drafting/CAD or related discipline.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in architectural and structural drawings.

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have experience in High-rise and mid-rise Building Construction projects.
