Qualifications & requirements
Contracts Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in construction contracts and commercial management, including 3 years of UAE/GCC experience, preferably with major mixed-use, residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and UAE construction contracts.
Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of relevant QS experience, including 3 years of UAE/GCC experience, preferably on mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, or high-rise building projects.
- Proven experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.
Civil Draughtsman
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Drafting, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of civil drafting experience in building construction, including 2 – 3 years of UAE/GCC experience, preferably on mixed-use, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects.
- Experience preparing detailed civil, structural, architectural coordination, and construction drawings.
Land Surveyor
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Survey Engineering, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of land surveying experience in building construction, including 3 years of UAE/GCC experience, preferably on large-scale mixed-use, high-rise, commercial, or residential developments.
- Strong experience in setting out buildings, grid lines, foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, utilities, and external works.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Candidates with proven experience on large-scale mixed-use developments in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or other UAE locations should be prioritized.
- Experience with major developers, consultants, PMC organizations, or Tier-1 contractors is an added advantage.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
