- Civil Site Supervisor
- Formwork Supervisor
- Scaffolding Supervisor

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Contract Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 15 years of KSA/GCC experience in Building and Civil work projects.

Sr. Estimation Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA/GCC experience in Building and Civil work projects.

Sr. Cost Control Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA/GCC experience in Building and Civil work projects.

Sr. Treasury Officer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts or Finance recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA/GCC experience in the construction industry.

Sr. Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA/GCC experience in Building and Civil work projects.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA/GCC experience in Building and Civil work projects.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA/GCC experience in Building and Civil work projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA/GCC experience in Building and Civil work projects.

Civil Site Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 8 years of KSA/GCC experience in Building and Civil work projects.

Formwork/Scafollding Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering recognized by SEC.
• Minimum 8 years of GCC experience in Building and Civil work projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous GCC/KSA countries’ experience is mandatory.
• Applicants must be inside KSA only and who have transferable Iqama.
• Work closely with project and design teams to meet technical requirements.
• Applicants must have experience in Building and Civil works projects.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
