Saudi Architects Consultant Riyadh Jobs

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in addition to a degree in Project Management or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
• 15 years experience in project management offices, preparing methodologies, work plans, procedures, and electronic systems for project management.
• 3 – 5 working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is required.

Civil Engineer:

• Holds a degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 – 10 years experience in methodologies and procedures for technical approvals and designs for mechanical engineering in construction projects, including works of refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, water, sewage, and fire as well as practical experience in these areas.
• 3 – 5 working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is required.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor of Engineering as well as PMP Project Management Professional.
• 5 – 10 experience in preparing and reviewing schedules, implementation rates, performance measurement, earned value methodologies, KPIs, periodic reporting, dashboards, and using PMI project management software.
• 3 – 5 working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is required.

Structural Engineer:

• Holds a degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 – 10 years experience in methodologies and procedures for technical approvals and designs for mechanical engineering in construction projects, including works of refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, water, sewage, and fire as well as practical experience in these areas.
• 3 – 5 working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is required.

Electrical Engineer:

• Holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 – 10 years experience in methodologies and procedures for technical approvals and designs for electrical engineering in construction projects, including power and light current works, as well as practical experience in these areas.
• 3 – 5 working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is required.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 – 10 years experience in methodologies and procedures for technical approvals and designs for mechanical engineering in construction projects, including works of refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, water, sewage, and fire as well as practical experience in these areas.
• 3 – 5 working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is required.

Architectural Engineer:

• Holds a degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering.
• 5 – 10 years of experience in methodologies and procedures for technical accreditations, architectural designs, and architectural design programs, as well as practical experience in these areas.
• 3 – 5 working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is required.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 5 – 10 years of experience in methodologies and procedures for quantity calculation, BBS preparation, etc., as well as practical experience in these areas.
• 3 – 5 working experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is required.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the administrative disciplines.
• 5 – 10 years of experience in organizing and prioritizing, knows how to identify the most important tasks in certain lists, has time management skills and others. Organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports and documents, manage calendars to schedule appointments, and support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
