Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Resident Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent, and PMP Certified.
- 20+ years of GCC experience in Hospitality (residential, High-rise, and Hotels) projects, including 10 years in the UAE within a consultancy background.
Senior Structural Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
- 15+ years of GCC experience in Hospitality (residential, High-rise, and Hotels) projects, including 5 years in the UAE within a consultancy background.
Senior Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
- 15+ years of GCC experience in mega Hospitality (residential, High-rise, and Hotels) within a consultancy background.
Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- 15+ years of GCC experience in Hospitality (residential, High-rise, and Hotels) projects, including 5 years in the UAE within a consultancy background.
Electrical / Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 12+ years of GCC experience in Hospitality (residential, High-rise, and Hotels) projects, including 5 years in the UAE within a consultancy background.
Inspector - Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of GCC experience in Hospitality (residential, High-rise, and Hotels) projects, including 5 years in the UAE within a consultancy background.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
• Strong communicator, collaborative, detail-oriented, and organised.
• Candidates MUST be based in the UAE and must have prior Consultant Supervision experience in Hospitality (residential, High-rise, and Hotels) projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
