Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer:
- BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
- 12 - 15 years of broad, international experience in the design of building services for commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments.
Senior Site Architect:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- At least 8 - 10 site years of experience on the consultant’s side.
- Experience in Autodesk Revit, Lumion, Auto CAD, and other drawing-based design programs.
Senior Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience, high-end horizontal (Villas), experience from the Consultant side.
Senior Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience, high-end horizontal (Villas), experience from the Consultant side.
Site Architect:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience, high-end horizontal (Villas), experience from the Consultant side.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates must have valid UAE licenses.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Leadership skills and the ability to work well within a team of other professionals.
• Organizational, project management, and planning skills, including juggling multiple tasks.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
