Qualifications & requirements
Civil Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 10 years in facade, precast, and joinery works; experience in structural coordination, site execution, and project management within the UAE region.
MEP Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years coordinating MEP services with facade systems, precast structures, and interior joinery works within the UAE region.
HSE Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety; NEBOSH/IOSH certified.
- Minimum 5+ years in construction HSE, preferably with facade installation, precast erection, and joinery activities within the UAE region.
QA/AQC Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years in quality management, inspections, testing, and compliance for facade systems, precast elements, and joinery works within the UAE region.
Technical Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years in shop drawings, design coordination, material submittals, method statements, and technical support for facade/precast/joinery projects within the UAE region.
Estimation Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years in cost estimation, tender preparation, BOQ analysis, and pricing of facade, precast, and joinery packages within the UAE region.
Quantity Surveyor
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years in quantity take-off, cost control, valuation, variations, and contract administration for facade/precast/joinery projects within the UAE region.
Land Surveyor
- Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Civil or Geomatics Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years in construction surveying, setting-out, alignment checks, and as-built surveys for facade and precast installations within the UAE region.
Site Supervisor
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years supervising installation and site activities related to facade, precast, and joinery work within the UAE region.
Documents Controller
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years managing engineering documents, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence in construction projects within the UAE region.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Must have hands-on experience in Building Construction, Precast & Joinery projects.
- Preferably with experience handling projects under the Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM).
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
