Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Chief Estimation Engineer:
- Relevant degrees in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of experience, including 5 years as an Estimation Engineer with a UAE contracting company.
Electrical Estimator:
- Relevant degrees in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of experience, including 5 years as an Electrical Estimator with a UAE contracting company.
Mechanical Estimator:
- Relevant degrees in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of experience, including 5 years as a Mechanical Estimator with a UAE contracting company.
Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Relevant degrees in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of experience, including 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor with a UAE contracting company.
Procurement In-charge:
- Relevant degrees in Engineering from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of experience, including 2 years as a Procurement In-charge with a UAE contracting company.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Relevant degrees in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of experience, including 2 years as a Quantity Surveyor with a UAE contracting company.
Junior Quantity Surveyor:
- Relevant degrees in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 3+ years of experience, including 1 years as a Junior Quantity Surveyor with a UAE contracting company.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Candidates should have experience in GCC and UAE Experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of project recycling, including pre-construction, construction, and handover phases.
• Only candidates with relevant experience and who are available in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
