Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Director:
- Degree or above in Civil Engineering or a related subject.
- 20 years of relevant working experience in mega projects.
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Architectural EngineeringMinimum 15 years of design and construction project experience with consulting companies. Knowledge of Saudi Building Building codes & design codes.
Cost Manager:
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject. 20 years of experience in Construction Projects Costing in the GCC with consulting companies. Experience with Cost Control Tools SAP, ECOSYS, and UNIFIER.
- Oversight and coordination of all cost activities.
Logistics Manager:
- Master's Degree in Engineering or a related subject.
- Minimum last 10 years in major Construction Project Logistics Leadership roles.
- Over 20 years of total experience.
- Experience in Business Planning & Reporting.
- Project/commercial/contract management support.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates who are fluent in Arabic and English are preferred.
• Candidates must have experience in Buildings/Road/Infrastructure projects.
• Membership in the Council of Engineers is a prerequisite.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
