Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Engineer's Positions:
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant Engineering, or relevant qualifications recognized by SEC.Not less than (8) years of experience in the field of supervision for residential villas and construction.
Inspector's Positions:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in the relevant Engineering, or relevant qualifications recognized by SEC.
- Not less than (8) years of experience in the field of supervision for residential villas and construction.
Surveyor:
- Technical Diploma in Survey Engineering, or relevant qualifications recognized by SEC.
- Not less than (8) years of experience in the field of supervision for residential villas and construction.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or relevant qualifications recognized by SEC.
- Not less than (8) years of experience in the construction industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Must have experience in residential villas/building construction projects.
• Capable of managing and leading a project team of different disciplines.
• Letters of qualification, if any, are sent to guaranteed membership of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Suggested qualifications and experience of the supervisory body for Saudis & Non-Saudis.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
• Must have experience in residential villas/building construction projects.
• Capable of managing and leading a project team of different disciplines.
• Letters of qualification, if any, are sent to guaranteed membership of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Suggested qualifications and experience of the supervisory body for Saudis & Non-Saudis.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
