Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university. 10 - 12 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly Villas and Residential Building projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Landscape Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Agriculture Engineering from a recognized university.
- 10 - 12 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly Villas and Residential Building projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Quality Inspector's:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering for Quality Inspectors.
- 5 - 8 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly Villas and Residential Building projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Land Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil/Survey Engineering from a recognized university.
- 5 - 8 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly Villas and Residential Building projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Safety Officer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
- 5 - 8 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly Villas and Residential Building projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent overall communication skills, English language skills, and Engineering terminology.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle East and Global projects will be preferred.
