Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum of 18+ years of relevant experience in luxury villas, 5-star hotels, and fit-out projects, at least 5 years in KSA in similar projects.
- Previous experience in commercial and residential building projects within KSA will be highly regarded.
Technical Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum of 18+ years of relevant experience in luxury villas, 5-star hotels, and fit-out projects, at least 5 years in KSA in similar projects.
- Previous experience in commercial and residential building projects within KSA will be highly regarded.
Interior Design Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum of 18+ years of relevant experience in luxury villas, 5-star hotels, and fit-out projects, at least 5 years in KSA in similar projects.
- Previous experience in commercial and residential building projects within KSA will be highly regarded.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent overall communication skills, English language skills, and Engineering terminology.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle Eastern and Global projects will be preferred.
• Candidates should have an affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Candidates must have design environment experience, otherwise, the CV will be neglected.
• Candidates available in Saudi Arabia who can join immediately are eligible to apply for these positions.
