Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, and PMP Certification.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects within a consultancy background.
Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects within a consultancy background.
Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects within a consultancy background.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects.
Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects within a consultancy background.
Safety Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects within a consultancy background.
BIM Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects within a consultancy background.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in High-end and Medium-end residential building projects.
• All candidates shall have strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must be available in the KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
• Proficiency level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in High-end and Medium-end residential building projects.
