Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience in managing construction projects (high-rise, residential, commercial, or infrastructure) (UAE/GCC preferred).
Senior Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of proven experience as a Construction Manager in interior fit-out projects, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role (UAE/GCC preferred).
Senior Draughtsman:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of proven experience as a Senior Draughtsman specializing in Fit Out and Joinery projects (UAE/GCC preferred).
QA/QC Inspector:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience as a QA/QC Inspector in construction or contracting companies (UAE/GCC preferred).
Land Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Civil / Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or contracting companies (UAE/GCC preferred).
Documents Controller:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction or contracting projects (UAE/GCC preferred).
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ensure that Projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
