ARCHITECTURE DESIGN ENGINEER
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor / Master Degree in civil engineering from a reputed university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience.
• Good knowledge and experience of working on international design practices regarding building’s Architecture, industrial experience is preferable.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Good command of spoken & written English, good communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work on strict deadlines in a team environment.
• Frequent travel required (domestic and international).
• Working Location: Karachi / Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare conceptual architectural design of Buildings as per the client’s & contract requirements.
• Coordinate with client to discuss & finalize the basic architectural design.
• Detailed Architectural design of buildings including but not limited to Plan/Elevations of building, architectural construction & decoration material, waterproof & heat insulation specifications etc.
• Coordination with electrical, structural, HVAC disciplines especially on industrial power projects.
• Coordination with different vendors for specifications of decoration material.
• Support Proposal & Procurement team in preparation of Tender documents & BOQ.
• Able to do site visits (if required).
CIVIL ROAD DESIGNER
Job Requirements:
• Minimum DAE 3 to 7 years of relevant post qualification experience.
• Working Location: Karachi / Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
• Experienced designer with excellent CAD skills required.
• Must be well versed in drafting techniques and concepts.
• Must be able to read and draw road layout drawings, road profiles & sections, geometric design of roads, culverts details, small bridges details, interchanges & flyover detailed drawings.
• Working knowledge of handling and verifying topographic survey drawings.
• Working knowledge of global coordinates in AutoCAD & Google Earth
• Excellent analytical and observation skills required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD creating 2D and 3D drawings.
• Good mathematical skills, especially in trigonometry, are required.
