Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree holders in Civil Engineering approved by SEC.
- Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in building construction projects.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's degree holders in Administration or Management approved by SEC.
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
General Foreman - Finishing:
- High School or Diploma holders in Civil Engineering approved by SEC.
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
Foreman - Carpenter:
- High School or Diploma holders in Civil Engineering approved by SEC.
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
Foreman - Steel Fixer:
- High School or Diploma holders in Civil Engineering approved by SEC.
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent overall communication skills, English language skills, and Engineering terminology.
• Candidates should have experience in KSA Experience is an advantage.
• Technical, organizational, and project management skills.
