Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 - 15 years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 5 years in the UAE.
Senior Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 - 15 years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 5 years in the UAE.
Senior Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 - 15 years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 5 years in the UAE.
Senior Structural Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 - 15 years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 5 years in the UAE.
Electrical Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 5 years in the UAE.
Mechanical Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 - 10 years of experience in Site Supervision with at least 5 years in the UAE.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as building codes and safety standards.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle Eastern and Global projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience with large-scale construction projects, particularly mixed-use and Building projects.
• Candidates available in the UAE who can join immediately are eligible to apply for these positions.
