Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Resident Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and PMP Certified.
- Minimum of 15 - 20 years of experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
Senior Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 - 15 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
Senior Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
Senior Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
HSE Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and NEBOSH/IOSH Certification.
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
Civil Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
Electrical Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
Mechanical Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 - 10 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as building codes and safety standards.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle Eastern and Global projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience with large-scale construction projects, particularly mixed-use and Building projects.
• Candidates available in the UAE who can join immediately are eligible to apply for these positions.
