Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of KSA experience in Building / Villa Housing projects.
Senior BIM Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of KSA experience in residential high-rise building projects.
BIM Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of KSA experience in residential high-rise building projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous GCC/KSA countries' experience is mandatory.
• Applicants must have experience in hazard management for high-rise Buildings, Villas, and confined space safety.
• Applicants must be inside KSA only and have a transferable Iqama.
• Work closely with project and design teams to meet technical requirements.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
